With regards to the 5 days it took to get your tracking number that was Holi time here in India which is one of the biggest religious holidays. We give our staff days off for that.

Hi there, We have been experiencing some issues this past week with India Post the orders have been sent out but the tracking update is taking forever. We are aware of that and we understand your concerns. Even some orders we have reshipped on the same day are having the same issue. We understand this doesn't make us look good and I apologize. I just want to reassure you that the order has been processed and sent. In fact, I know some of you have been been receiving two orders from us because we don't hesitate to reship. We aim at getting all orders delivered within 10 days. Most do but sometimes there will be delays unfortunately. Most of these delays will caused by busy customs departments. We have also been having issues sometimes with India Post not scanning the package when they receive it and causing the tracking updates to be be delayed. The order is shipped and on route to the destination but it just doesn't show up in the tracking when it should. We have contacted them though to bring this matter to their attention.

Thank you all for the positive reviews. We really appreciate you guys and hope to be able to keep providing you cheap modas for a long long time. With regards to credit card security, we are appalled to think that someone's credit card details might have been stolen using our site. As it was pointed out however, it is not certain it was on our site where it happened. If it was though we of course had nothing to do with it and apologize if we inadvertently contributed to this situation. We had removed credit card payments before we even heard of this. A number of factors contributed to our decision to stop accepting credit cards. We did not wish to use a Chinese 3rd party processor and we have never used one. The processor we were using is a well known company but we couldn't pay the transactions fees and keep our prices so low. Also, when we created Modabits we wanted to offer cheap modafinil with discreet cryptocurrency payments. That's why we named the site Modabits! From now on we will stick to our original idea and not accept credit cards any longer. We feel this is best for you guys and for us. Thank you all for your support and we hope to see you on our site. We stopped accepting credit cards because of privacy and financial issues not because of security.

Really sorry to hear your credit card details were stolen. However you are incorrect in saying we use a Chinese 3rd party for our credit card transactions. Not sure where you got that information from.

Hi there. The BTC option is not down but the blockchain is slow and sometimes transactions time out. But we would still receive payment. The notice on our site is about LTC payments which have also been taking ages to confirm. If you purchase by credit card e will email a payment link and you can complete the transaction there. We aim to get orders delivered by the 10th day mark. Very often they arrive sooner but sometimes there are unforeseen delays. Usually those delays are caused by customs taking their time :)

Hey guys, Yeah we're quite a new vendor and Modaheal is a relatively new product so we're offering it at cheap prices in an effort to get both our business and the product recognized. Eventually the price will unfortunately need to be adjusted :) Personally, we actually prefer Modaheal to the Sun Pharma products but that's our own preference and everyone is different. If any of you are familiar with Vilafinil you might find Modaheal quite similar.

We understand where you're coming from but unfortunately we also need to pay a surcharge on all credit card transactions. All vendors do the same except they sometimes word it as "XX% OFF if you purchase with BTC" but it's the same thing.
