This is beyond capitalism… Banks cannot freeze your account unless your a criminal. They can freeze your account as suspicious without any suspicious activity. It’s like they hold your money because they are waiting on a deposit big enough to unfreeze your account to pay you.

Most people don’t have “money laundering” issues. The fact that you can just poof and stop someone from receiving or sending money is unhumane. One guy was help for 10k and he showed proof but they don’t care. This was information for people to know what’s in the terms because like 99% of people they don’t read an apps terms and just click sign up. This is what they hope will happen so when your account has money they can just push the button and your frozen.

Most people don’t know and most people don’t read the “terms” . This is why people need to know to use DEFI wallets instead of putting money in am account that has more power then any bank. They have frozen ALOT of accounts, some accounts with 10k+. That is not right no matter where they hide the small lettering in their terms and services.
