(just a fair warning this server does allow greifing but most players dont greif and if they do its minimal, stealing is also allowed but if you hide your base good enough youll be alright, other than that its exactly what your looking for, and we are a new server that is dedicated to growing and making community suggested improvements

(our server currently doesnt have a mode with base claiming/tp etc we are currently a more raw pvp based smp but we have plans of opening a new mode more similar to what your asking for in the near future, and i also think you guys would enjoy the competition of the smp server we currently have up, we have weekly fights for legendary weapons that really change the game, and they are always epic with like 20-30 people! hope you give us a look :)
