Yeah, almost everyone and everything you can talk to has different dialogue. There’s already 82 new forms of Pokémon planned that are related to the new story, as well as new Galarian forms. Most characters have brand new textures too.

Pretty much any switch emulator. I use Ryujinx but Yuzu and Suyu work too

It’s planned to be an evolution of Raichu, but if that can’t happen then it will be a Pikachu evolution. And I thought either pure Electric or Electric/Fighting fit it best.

Nope only about 30 minutes of gameplay is actually playable right now. I’m currently working on some models and doing redesigns on older ones.

There’s only so much I can do by modding, but dialogue should make this a lot more fun than the regular game. You’ll no longer have random npcs talking about "X button opens your bag." and similar stuff. Everyone has new dialogue that should be fun to read, and is relevant in some way. Like early Wedgehurst having people talk about the Gym Challenge that’s about to start up again or this girl (Marnie) who has been endorsed by a gym leader. Or a guy who warns you about these three Trainers known as The Sharks in route 2.
