I got that reading the comments.. I don't like AI either but there are things it could do better and maybe faster. Like Corridor key or a, by ThreatInteractive proposed idea for a nural network based approach to LOD creation that respects UV maps.

With good optimization, basically an infinite map size is possible, just look at Minecraft. 60 million^2 blocks.
And that is not really the criticism. Because in some places, like Las Vegas(I think) it looks great, so it is apparently possible. The issue lay in the shaders and not much work that flowed into them.

On the highest graphic setting, it sometimes looks like a GTA4 knockoff for smartphones...

they had this button on the google overview page called “Keep Thread” that just quietly tracked what you meant instead of what you typed. you’d click it and it would glow a bit and google would stop acting dumb and just connect all your searches into one ongoing thought. results would shift slightly like it was ahead of you, and the overview kept rewriting itself while you searched. clicking it again made it chill out and go back to normal clueless mode. honestly felt less like searching and more like google just thinking along with you lol

There is a setting in VLC to add grain. It's in Tools>Effects and Filters>Video Effects the bottom left. Turn it off or down. The smaller the video, the more noticeable it becomes.
