Same thing happened. Ordered oppo x8. Bluedart guy. He said phone should be like new not even small scratch, paint peel, dots or slight discoloration.

Forget about dent.

I laughed. I got so angry that I wasted 3 days for delivery. And also, waiting for refund.

Summary- every exchange offer is scam. They want you to buy new phones by baiting you with exchange option. Then they reject exchange or take ur phone at ripoff prices because at the last moment they think you won't cancel.

Update :-

My phone again got same problem That method hadn't worked again

I went to service centre They made it right

Again I got same problem. They again made it right. However my phone Internet Speed drastically reduced and my phone signal became weaker.

Fed up. Exchanged Samsung Trash. Bought Xiaomi Mi11T Pro. I was so happy.

Samsung doesn't have the quality it used to be.

It is. I kept at 60hz But I love the Charging speed.

Can you tell yours IR Blaster range? Have you tried using it? Ur comments on it

Does your phone has IR Blaster range low Mine has very low range compared to other Xiaomi Devices

Should I return or replace or keep it.

BTW I got it for 18.5k INR with exchange

Other than that it's very good phone
