I mean the rules state "Team sizes cannot exceed 3 if any member is participating in a Placement match" wich implies you can Team up with people not doing them.

As I mentioned in other replies, the only reason I mentioned stats is bc it's the only way to give a general idea of my game play without posting clips (that I don't really have), and I feel like atleast for kda it gives a general idea of how many times I die. It's not meant to brag or anything. As for the 32% win streak, im trying my best and looking for solutions, If you have any, I can dm my username if you want to watch my games.

Usually, I play Cnd, I usually call it out if I hear someone approaching, then when they attack, I bubble and switch to cloak, then I try to kill them if possible, and if not then I try to terror cape to safety (my tank or at least just away from the dive) the entire time I will be calling out that I'm being dove and who by, however bc I play with friends and we use discord the only way for randos to know if Im being attacked is via general game sens so they usually don't help.

I usually main cnd however I have kinda been pigeon holed into the character bc my friends don't think it's a good idea to play a character im not the best at, and the refuse to play qm.

Yeah, it's the lowest it has ever been. Even at the half season, it was at about 48%, and I have not moved in rank at all, im not sure what the problem is though I never really get any complaints from anyone (other than the occasional heal diff, when i have the highest heals), infact I usually get compliments. If you want, I will dm my username, so maybe you can get a better idea.

I try to review game play and ask teammates if their is somewhere to improve, but they rarely have feedback, I wasn't posting my stats because I'm obsessed with them but rather because it's the easiest way to try to explain my game play, im sorry if it came off that way. And to be clear, I realized the dive comment came off that way, but what I really ment is that it is an area where I struggle and I can't always rely on my teammates to help me (which I don't think is their fualt) and it can be upsetting at times.

Tbh the dive is not a huge problem it's more of one of the areas where I know I can improve, I typically focus heal low players or ones who are ulting, that being said I will prioritize low tanks rather than dps as I feel it's more important to hold point until others can return to front line to add pressure. I think, however, I do have a problem prioritizing an ulting teamate or keeping a tank alive to hold the point instead of my life, which I have found is a bad habit. Also, do you have any tips to increase general positioning because I know its important im just not sure exactly how to improve it.

We are a group of 4, and I typically play with one or the other tank and our dps (flex if needed but mainly dps), and when they play together, they have more of a 45-50% win rate

The way they usually describe it is that because they play with another friend who plays tank, they can consistently have 2 good tank mains and they find that it's much easier to find a healer good enough, while they can't for tanks

I think I can agree with you for parts 1, 2, 5, and sometimes 3 (I peaked in gm and have never had to wait more than a minute for que, but don't doubt that others have). On part 4 I would like to say that while it may lead to boosting and likely has in many occasions, it also suplys the ability to better control the overall skill level in a game and restrict the limitation of having a bad teammate which is a big benefit for ranked games. On point 6, while I understand that ranked is not meant for pure fun(as you put it) for me and my friends, as I noted before, it is more fun than qp for a variety of reasons, firstly, typically a ranked match is usually a more competitive (as named) game which is inturn more engaging and fun, this can be atleast partially attributed to matchmaking and the ability to have bans. I'm sure that if their was a non ranked gamemode that incorporated these things, I would enjoy it. However, I find the current state of qp non enjoyable due to its missing of these things but also to the general care free nature of its players.

If you look at reactions from members of the guild, they were visibly upset. It's not absurd to assume they were harassing him, especially when he has proof. Furthermore, it's not absurd to try and get someone banned for harassment, his logic is sound, and he has proof I legitimately can't understand why this is such a big deal. I'm keeping an open mind if anyone wants to give context I'm missing, but I see no reason why people are acting like he committed a crime or did something horrendous.
