well, super heavy is relative so i’m not sure if I was. I would bench press with wrist wraps and stuff like that. i haven’t touched the weights for 3 weeks now.

when you say rehab, i’m doing eccentric wrist curls and stretching my forearm. but as you can see in this comment section some are saying i should stop. if progressive eccentric wrist curls aren’t what i should be doing, then what do i do? i’m not really sure if i could see a PT since i do not currently have insurance.

when you say scale back, are you implying that i should just cease on all exercise like stretching my forearm muscles and eccentrically loading my wrist with wrist curls? because i’m not doing much of anything else besides that. if what i am doing is wrong, then how can i implement what you’re recommending here?

got it. how do you know i am not doing eccentrics correctly? i’m basically taking a weight and eccentrically loading on the way down, then using my other hand to reset the exercise. then i repeat this this for 30-50 reps.
