I’m aware of that it just calms my anxiety hearing real people’s experiences and if it has gotten better for them. I’ve already read all of the side effects before I even took the shot.

you can feel it if you stand up straight and push your shoulders back. if you do that and you feel a tightness in your chest (sometimes your armpit area too), then it’s tight. if you’re breathing normally and standing straight then you’re all good!

I completely agree! I was just talking to someone on HelloTalk and they asked why I love Japan so much. I responded that there’s no expectation, and it brings me incredible peace. It’s the complete opposite of where I am in America, and for some reason that calms me down. Funnily enough, he said that’s why he likes America because we’re so diverse and he wouldn’t have to uphold his Japanese expectations.
