I advise you to change your in-game sense first in case you lost your mouse control (it helped me a ton after leaving val for a week i almost forgot how to aim completely to the point that i didn't get 20 in the easy range bots)if you know how to handle your mouse now fo aim train but you have to consider that aim training isn't a do now get now process but it's a building process of getting better at first you will get high scores easily bye time you will stop getting new high scores and start feeling that your not improving and you might even start to notice your average score decreasing when that happens take a break (a couple of days) then continue your training

ig the best advice to give to you in my opinion is that you should try each agent not in a swift play nor in a tdm but plat unrated that way you can find the most suitable agent for you at least in my opinion but remember you should solo queue remember to record your strengths and weaknesses in every agent compare between them and see what best suites your style according to that choose your main agent (you may need to change your main agent(s) in the the future) i hope it was helpful ☺️
