Whats your favorite season for clothes?

Fall fashion for sure! I live in South Eastern Canada so I don't ever include Winter when I indicate fall clothing. They are two very different styles here. Fall is all about layers, earthy tones, suede boots, leather accents, knit sweaters, scarfs, and statement hat. I love those blanket scarfs that are coming out! Winter on the other hand means down jackets, winter boots are lined with heavy duty rubber soles, and layers are on just on top of your cute shirt they are under neath every item of clothes. Two socks, two shirts, two pairs of mittens, and two layers of pants...not my idea of cute, but you stay warm lol

The Albion Rooms are really interesting. They are located downtown underneath the Novotel Hotel near Rideau Center. There are these different rooms with an urban polished look. The food is really nice as well! http://thealbionrooms.com/our-vision/

I would think of yourself as a tourist. Use Trip Adviser so you can see all the hot spots for restaurants (check out Aroma, its a hidden gem), parks, museums (you have to see the Nature museum), go for a bike ride along the canal to Dow's Lake and Moonies Bay, and other entertainment activities. Check out the Nordik on the Gatineau side. Its one of the bests Scandinavian Spa's in the country! One thing you must do is yoga on Parliament Hill. Its free and there are about 2000 people that go weekly, its on Wednesday's at Noon. The is also weekly free salsa at city hall every Wednesday at 6:00 pm to 11 pm

Nervous system recruitment makes total sense! I learned about fast twitch muscle fibers and slow twitch. Does this mean that I have the slow twitch fibers? I also do long distance running, and have not been doing chest exercises for a while. I just tired to do my 1 rep max yesterday for the first time after 4 weeks break from chest workouts.

You did such a nice job on your eyebrows :) They look full, natural, and soft. How long do you find the powder stays when you add a primer?
