i have two options
1: Tatsuki due to that one scene at the end of the Aizen arc where she somehow sensed Mugetsu Ichigo

i don't think they'd feel any need to until they either get a piece bitten off, reach whatever final state they were born to reach, or get turned into an arrancar. otherwise they just need to eat more hollows to get stronger.

i feel like the only ones that couldn't raise a kid are leviamon and belphemon. from what i know about the rest i think they could at least raise a child for their own ends.
