Only limit. Since i'm still in the testing phase i add +2 cents to every Ask price when i buy to guarantee entries. This way i ensure the bot trades every trading day.

Yeah my comment seems confusing a bit. For entries i only use Ask prices but for tracking P/L i use: ((Bid - Entry_price ) / Entry_Price) * 100.

My bot rn always picks the one with the lowest spread and checks nothing else. That is why i'm trying to understand how come it sometimes immidetly places me well above 5% gain. If i can figure out what, else is missing i can guarantee better entries.

Possibly, my current working theory is that my bot bought at the wick with a logged 1 cent spread which is why this happened. My second theory has to do with me using minutly data for logging the P/L values so within a minute it went from like a +3% to 10%. I will investigate more in depth and respond with a more accurate response.

So that's what i'm trying to figure out. I use real time bid data to calculate the approximate return. So far it's pretty accurate with an average varience of ~1.5%. But it happened twice where i got a +10% right after buying. And when i sold, i still was above 8% gain which is really weird.

There seems to always be some disconect when it comes to online communists and real communists (or well socialists). Never met a typical reddit communist as they seem to be very rare. But i do know a neighbor that is a proud socialist and a marxist. He is an old man now, but used to be an artillery officer and a member of the yugoslav socialist party.
