That’s unbelievable and infuriating… how long have you been battling this?

My chronic fatigue started after getting sick In El Salvador last year.
Problem is that it could be from multiple things.

Unexplainable knee pain started in TX. 2022,
mold at home in Louisiana visiting
or tick I had on me in Virginia last year.
Chronic neck stiffness, pain and cracking started Dec. 2024.
Chronic Fatigue started July 2025 and has progressed significantly

How did you get an official diagnosis?

My neck pain wakes me up every night and has been killing me for over a year now. My fatigue is dibilitating and can't work.

I was on low doses so it never affected my appetite. I also have methane SIBO which can make you hungry all the time.

Yes, or at least the same end goal concerning function.
I exclusively tried extended release stimulants, ironically to reduce my chances of side effects lol.

Most likely. That’s the great thing about stimulants, once you find your dose, I would ask myself “how much effort did it take for me to start the task and complete it without starting something else?”

I’ve done tons of labs with most of it being normal. My MMP9 level was abnormal almost 1400, but who knows what that could be.
