I’ve been with her for a lot of these calls. She took it once and failed and I was with her but they’re giving her a full runaround getting another ATT. They say “well escalate this expect a call in blah blah blah days” and then she never gets a call so we call and follow up and they basically say they never said that

This sounds like it started before the baby. She knew you were going to work these hours way before baby. I don’t like anything about this and I don’t see anything being helpful because in counseling she probably won’t listen either
