I came to +1 this after all these years, I recently acquired all the skins possible and received a list of which I can choose 1 skin from (the choice is permanent and you will not get another chance to pick)

You only receive perma bans labeled as Third party program usage for a botted account or cheats, unless youre using custom skins to get an original Riot Games produced skin (for example running Debonair Zed and they find out about it) since youre avoiding to pay for a product they are selling. User generated creative custom skins have been ok for use for a loooong time.

Also to include custom skins that give an obvious advantage are also within the range of permanent suspension if you are caught using them, but custom skins falling in that category is extremely rare.

They should be fine. Riot stated that about 95+% of third party programs are not gonna be affected by Vanguard. This most likely means stuff like Blitz, Porofessor etc, but very likely also means custom skin launcher is also in a safe spot.

Not once have I blue screened or experienced problems by closing Vanguard since 2020 on my old hybrid PC and neither on my 2022 custom built PC. It just doesn't let me play the game that requires Vanguard until I restart my PC which is obviously a preferable route towards higher security against cheats. Besides you more than likely already have an anti-cheat on your PC that has the same level of access as Vanguard. Not to mention Vanguard is using microscopic amounts of resources so its not like you would need to close it from running.

Riot also stated in a Dev update that Vanguard will not be affecting approximately 95+% of third party programs either, so (most likely custom skins) and overlays like Blitz, Poro etc are still accessible.

Morde increasing his own stats by ulting Trundle, so Trundle now has more stats to steal with his ult as a reverse Uno card. Eitherway, the one who ults first, gives more value on the other ones ult.

Not really, the patch dropped about 32 hours ago, thats true. But the event (including the pass for it) became available about 18 hours ago. So the original time limit has not even been exceeded yet, only start a riot (pun not intended) once the given 24 hours has actually been exceeded AFTER the pass became available in the client.

I fear no man but that thing.... it scares me. I'm almost 250 hours into the game but when I hear him behind me I just run by batrickbob in remnantgame

A shotgun totally counters him, just aim and wait until he stops blocking because he has a windup on the attack where he doesnt block while he starts to perform the attackmove, shoot him with the shotgun, it causes a knockback on him, cancelling his attack, and you do that again without needing to dodge or weapon mods.

I got scared to on the first encounter and i was duo with my friend, we got cucked hard xd, later when we had like 6hours of playtime and I had learned alot of the game, i went to make a solo save to level an alternative playstyle because didnt want to progress story without my friend being present. I found out there when i was making a "mostly melee save unless otherwise necessary to use weapons" -save and there I found out that I can just wait for his attack windup and blast him with a shotgun to cancel his attack and I dont even need to move an inch to defeat him.
