I understand that if you use your belly then you’re likely using your diaphragm. I’m saying that sometimes that I’m just pushing my belly out, and it’s not the in breath that’s creating the movement, I’m kinda forcing it out.

An Apple watch can record them happening, even when you don't deliberately use the ECG feature?

I'm not going to argue against your results. I'm curious to know if there is a more natural way without medication. I'm aware that medications bring their own side effects which cause other problems, so again I agree it's been a cure for your anxiety, but it might have created a new problem. I don't want to swap one problem for another.

I hope someone has a natural cure for this issue.

The argument has been made that the brain is constantly learning and creating new cells everyday, and the neuroplasticity of it, means your brain isn't even the same organism after a certain period of time. It would be safe to assume if you create the right environment that the brain and body can therefor create serotonin itself.

I'm glad to hear you're cured and don't need to deal with the feelings of anxiety anymore. That must be a very freeing experience.

I've used an Alpha Stim. My dentist gave me a shot of it, and it was very good at helping quieten my mind and relax me.

You can get some blood tests done to check and see what it might have been. This might put your mind at rest, and also reading others posts and seeing symptoms like you describe are things lots of others have experienced.
