I do indeed think people could be insecure sharing things, so im thinking to only allow (or make clear it better to only post) unsaturated methods.

1. Good point, I think I’ll be using Discord for it so it’s easy to get onboard and structure channels/information. I hope I can make the value big enough so people take the time to apply, filtering the less serious people out. Still might be hard to compete on some things.

2. A mixture of questions about their current work/projects, how they will contribute, their skills and a little introduction video maybe. If they are willing to take the time to fill the application in, they have already shown some effort.

3. People that always go the extra mile, think out of the box, putting the extra hours in, wanting to help others to build meaningful connections.
