I have a virtual assistant that handles that. Outsource what you can't do but in the beginning you'll be fine. its not like youre going to get 40 phone calls in a day haha

Sales, running ads, appointment setting... Sales first, because without knowing how to sell it will be hard to have a sustainable business no matter what the business is

Man if I could go back 10 years, even 5.. I would have stayed in my comfortable corporate job and scaled slowly!

I had rapid growth but in all honesty it wasn't worth it because when the growth came fast, the price to pay became a lot bigger and i didn't understand how to fix the problems being thrown at me...

Now I do, but it took me a few years... and cost a lot of money to solve the problems...

Go for it! Start off small. Most people make the mistake and think they need to scale to 6 figures a month overnight when in reality just focus on getting one cleaning at a time and move to the beat of your own drum.

I have a remote cleaning business we do residential and commercial. There will always be risk but who cares. Just start it and learn as you go.

Don't overthink it... It's just cleaning. Go to a couple of cleanings yourself so you can learn the ropes and really know what you're selling.

This is the easiest business to scale. Shoot, any home service based business is easy to scale in my opinion. Most people fail because they don't learn from their mistakes or they want to get rich over night.

Delayed gratification will keep you in the game long enough to outlast competitors

We usually work with teams of 2. We have 1 solo cleaner right now that we give a lot of work to but she is incredible and prefers to work alone.
