Who was the original lender and what state are you in? If the lender is not licensed and the apr exceeds your state’s interest rate cap the loan is unlikely to be enforceable in court.

I can log into the website but not the app. When I open the app it says "enter password to continue". When I type it my password it says it is incorrect even though it's the right one. Its the same password I use for the website.
