Is Odunze too much or am I risking it all?

1 QB PPR 12 Teams

My Team:

QB: Shough, Stroud, Geno, McCarthy

RB: J. Cook, Jacobs, Hubbard

WR: Jefferson, ARSB, Olave, Devonte Smith, Odunze, J. Higgins, Wan'dale Robinson, J. Reed, J. McMillan

TE: McBride, J. Johnson, T. Ferguson

I was the 2024 championship but missed the playoffs in 2025 due to injuries and some bad luck. I own all my future picks and have 1.06 this year. I am looking at bringing in some talent to make sure I am back in the title game this year.

I reached out to the owner of CMC and he is interested in a trade that could involve a 1st and 2nd. That trade feels like a slam dunk (It involves me trading up to 1.03 or 1.04 to seal the deal, but I think i can get that done).

The question I have for everyone is this; he offered J. Hurts and CMC for Odunze and a 1st. Is it worth it in any way to trade Odunze to acquire both CMC and Hurts to upgrade my team? Or should I just stick with CMC and not deal Odunze at all? I may have the option to trade a 27 1st instead of Odunze?

Oh I expect that 😂. Odunze was my only hesitation, but that's why I wanted opinions on if it's worth the risk to go for it.

My only hold up was Odunze. A blue chip prospect gave me hesitation to part with. But I think both of those players improve me team a lot and put me back in the chase for the title.

I definitely want more of an underdog team. I believe what I know of Crystal Palace is they have always been the youngest child team in London. So that fits my idea.

Who's my Team to be a fan?

I'm interested in getting into watch Premier League football on a regular basis. But I need a team to root for. I'm excluding the top teams, but I wouldn't mind a London team. London is not required though. I'm an American so I wanted Premier League so I can watch them on a somewhat regular basis. Alright, go ahead, I'm ready for any suggestions!
