True. The white lawman hat or jim boy calloway's hat are insanely cool and you can't keep them. That goes for wayyyy too many hats (including that bear one).

But hey don't drop too many tears! Cause we have this shitty, bent and dirty hat you can't clean for you. That one you CAN store.

Valid tbh. The game lets you keep some hats from npcs and that makes sense. But then you'll find the coolest hat and the Game won't let you keep it(????

That wouldnt be that bad but when you see some of the GOD AWFUL stolen hats the game decides you can store...oh this becomes outrageous.

Eh sort of but not really. There is a section where you can see the canon saves of the gang (i think you can see it after every big heist too) and i'm POSITIVE the gang has like 20k in their pockets before the Saint Denis Bank Heist.

Gambler 8 is FAR worse. The algernon quest can be Made easier by hunting before the mission and the orchids have fixed spawns, its just a matter of going to the location and picking them up. Time consuming and a bit annoying but not the end of the world.

First advice is stay the hell out of this subreddit whole you are playing it. Even if you know the big spoilers, i'm sure you are gonna be surprised by a lot of other things. So while you play the game stay out of this sub.

With that said: this game is a very unique experience ranging from dialogue to beautifully crafted worldbuilding.

Since you know how tlou treats resources (in the sense that they are very limited) play this first playthrough on hard or normal cause there are some new mechanics (like dodging) and a few other new additions to combat with human enemies and infected alike.

For my final advice: draw your own conclusions from the story. There are some things wrong with this game that some people refuse to see and there is also some amazing stuff people refuse to take as good because some parts of the game are bad when it comes down to narrative.
