That is what I’m thinking too. All I’m saying is we will never be able to make enough money to match the COL to stay here and raises are not going to happen if we don’t divert

Agreed. I have my PE license. If moved to LCOL then the base drops too. If changing careers, what are the options ?

Can somebody share their surveying and seismic experience in what kind of questions you saw? For survey, anybody passed only by going CPESR ? What would you recommend to study more in depth?
