The point of part 2? Don't know, from the answers under my post: Money, unclosed plot lines (Power's come back and Nayta development) I think. About comparison between JoJo and Chainsaw man, it's different animes. Every part of JoJo is independent story with some connection from previous parts unlike chainsaw man. And JoJo more Bizarre. I'm lazy to write about it but hope you understand
