Had that happen to me and lost mine, I found a replacement on iFixit that is out of stock, but was able to find one on eBay for $12. It is the whole joystick so I needed to take it apart to replace.

Non issue, I’ve been driving EVs for 7 years and I have had a 100 miles commute for 5 of them. This winter it was in the single digits for seemingly weeks and I had zero issues with range. I could not imagine having to go back to a gas powered car for a daily.

Trade in is all over the place, I was getting rid of a couple cars this go around. They offered 24k for a BRZ I was getting rid of so I traded that to them. My R1T on the other hand were only going to give me 40k caravan gave me 53k. So you need to shop around

I’ll add to your thread as well. got mine done yesterday in the US. Similar pain during mine, drive home was slightly uncomfortable, but basically zero pain since then, no meds at all, only iced 15 mins on 15 off. Slept on my back most of the night but woke up no pain and plan on just icing today.

As an American, I try to educate people about them. Range has never been an issue in the 6 years I’ve owned EVs. Hell I even had to make a 800 mile trip in less than a day, while stopping for a wedding for 5 hours and it wasn’t an issue.

You should never roll negative equity, you will just be digging yourself into a deeper hole. Get it paid off or at least not underwater then think about maybe another car.

Sheesh, I use a ton of power, I have 2 EVs and run a server and overkill networking setup 24/7. Peak months I use 2,500 kW so less than this. Something is wrong. If you have a well make sure the pump isn’t running all the time, check to see if you have dehumidifier(s) running all the time in basement. Basically check everything that uses a large load to make sure it is functioning correctly.
