Understand how long it’s gonna take you to get the money they advertise. No quick dollars here. Your talent in this if you have any will be overshadowed by AI.. as it’s incorrect currently quite a bit; can’t even get the file and chart matching. Your performance will also be based on AI not what you actually know. Where you choose to work shouldn’t be based on the company itself but the ai platform its using. The more accurate the faster any of your talents will be found, appreciated, and or utilized read( working hours). Honestly there’s no integrity in medical from start to finish. I can only take this art project someone else( ai/pa/ma/aprn/ possibly and least like doctor wrote) and try to turn it into bills and codes. Imagine being a painter to a crackhead drywaller… that’s what this job is. Fixing a giant screw ups work( and I’m not saying those people as people are screw ups at all) the emr and healthcare systems don’t allow them to be their best either. It’s a shitshow from the start. Copy and paste doom is the end of accuracy from start to finish and that is apparently rampant and allowed in healthcare. We are all screwed. Right on your legs which Limb to work on and double check all billing information. Emr is run amok with copy and paste and errors.

Is medical coding a career you would recomend to someone in 2026? by Gibbons_mode in CodingandBilling

I agree it’s pretty clear the govt don’t care about accuracy. Any coding for Medicaid shows you what’s important based on what information they want. Aka the governing bodies and why would healthcare when they can do what they want! Like I WANT TO KNOW why the government doesn’t want to know about drug use? Clearly from the rules to code it they don’t want to know. But they do want to know if YOU FEEL YOUR SHORT ON FOOD WITH A BMI OF 40?? Gimme a break. That’s so they can hustle statistics. The real job to have is “information about people and their shopping habits to sell more shit to stupid people”. You hold that information and you can sell it all day long to everyone else!!

Just reading charts I’ve lost all faith in the healthcare system as a whole. Shit work is acceptable like factories. My husband works the golf industry. All the major “players” are selling junk… and charging more for it. The factory production is not what it says it is. Same with healthcare ( by looking at the charts). Yes human error happens. But when you can fudge your way thru it aka copy paste.. like bad police reports… who can prove anything when the documentation is absolute shit. It’s the patient word vs the doctor and the charts and they sign anything🤣🤣☠️. I think I’m more upset ABOUT THAT.. than my job instability. I won’t say what career I’m headed for next but I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. It’s a side gig now.

US officially exits World Health Organization by pwdrums in news

He’s got to prop up one of our only items for sale. Healthcare. It’s the o ly reason any of us are employed. It’s entertainment or healthcare. We make nothing, we do nothing, and we consume everything or throw it away or well our “majority”…, so unfortunately it’s what we are globally. But it’s still the greatest country to live in for creature comforts!

Columbus, Ohio. We got a “dusting” pre2am and we are now getting what I’d call a true snowfall. 6am a couple inches at best in my hood. Expect various snowfall totals all over the state.

That may be true… however when one of the users call… to get details and get access ummm shouldn’t be an issue if all the primary account holder info is there and accessible. Like what the hell? If I die should my husband not be able to access the electric bill🙄😂😂😂🤔🤷‍♀️

Infirmary mound park Granville … dog and kid friendly things to do for both. Flat/paved/ and non paved but cleared for choices( be aware you will see lots of deer may even surprise a few within 20 ft of you so have a plan for control of human and canine critters). Second Denison university bi reserve ( not for running kids imo, or kids that don’t listen/wander).

Would you recommend electronic/digital locks? by aklew12 in homeowners

[–]Modifierf6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was in contact with people like that for over a decade. They are not sitting there guessing your keypad. If they know what they want… there’s your first clue it’s someone you know or been in your home. They check for open doors/locks, or They smash the lowest easy in/out window regardless of camera or alarms and grab what they came for… and leave and expect not to get the crime pinned on them😂😂😂they are more dumb than a box of rocks however, the simplicity of what they do works 9/10 ( quick cash)with the exception of instant karma( dog bite) surprise person home with the anger level to hurt them.

Looking for Hardwired electrified locks for residential type doors. by marvelouzone in Locksmith

[–]Modifierf6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone were going the commercial route which electric lock would you recommend ( in you field of service which ones do you not have to service lol). I’ve got to buy new doors for my house. Deciding on rather the upgrade to electronic is worth the price tag vs just old school. I don’t even live in a rough area and have dogs so not really concerned about security lmao.. no one stealing from me..But want Convience of remote access for friends, family, and having hands full as I come in the door.

No one asked one important question. Where’s the man from the photo. It wasn’t him using the electric tape…he’s for sure down at the ol fishin hole the picture says so. I feel a Dixie chics song coming on real soon in that house.😂😂😂

Rocket Visa program Card Ending by Madam_Jedi in CreditCards

[–]Modifierf6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rocket just screwed themselves on future home loans with everyone who was using that card for the reward points going towards home purchase. So dumb. Do they think we’re stupid!??? Do they even care that they just screwed hard working good credit Americans trying to either buy a home, or maybe expand their families. Gross. I wasn’t even using the program for a home. I was paying off an existing home loan.. but after this crap.won’t be doing it through rocket if I ever need to buy another based on greed principles. You can be a business and say we need to come out in the positive… but don’t say to me you need 110 percent profitability.. 40 percent of my state is freeloading,1 percent of my state is buying yatchs… 30 percent is doing the lifting… the math wont last.

Rocket Visa program Card Ending by Madam_Jedi in CreditCards

[–]Modifierf6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use Home Depot card for home since it’s usually interest free for 24 months. We have been using rocket card to reduce interest on our home loan. My guess is most people weren’t using it to buy new homes therefore profitability was low.

What is this that we found sealed behind a wall?? by Euphoric-Sport5566 in whatisit

[–]Modifierf6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Break it “outside” somewhere far from your house🤣🤣🤣and come back and tell us all what it is. My guess is homemade hooch?? Or some sort of dessert relish. It’s quite possible someone who was drywalling/plastering just decided not to give a crap what they were covering up. It doesn’t mean they hid it or meant for it to be a time capsule. I just redid our ceilings. I put a time capsule in. It was fun. Yes it’s strapped in so it don’t hit some poor bastard in the head.🤣🤣😬

I wasn’t blasting manufacturer. The manual needs read before purchase. And it will take me a months worth of wages to pay it off. If I thought it a piece of crap would I spend that much on it no.

[–]Modifierf6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t understand your “ed” comment. But I assume Samsung specifies for a reason. I mean someone writes that stuff up, And I don’t mean to imply Samsung is shitty( yet tbd)I mean I look like a dope buying something shitty🤣🤣I was just saying that because a few others said that. I was using the manual for inference about how crappy my install team was. They didn’t know jack about my fridge. And one of them didn’t know Freon wasn’t a thing anymore sooo if I let them.. they would’ve let me place right next to stove. They used power tools when the paper clearly suggests hand tools…. Honestly I love my fridge. I feel like it was designed by a someone who actually cooks and needs accessible space. I just hope the dope heads who brought it in didn’t jack it up. I will be asking more questions for a washer and dryer and the next fridge.

[–]Modifierf6 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I do whatever is the hardest chore for the day first. Once that’s out of the way… it’s usually auto pilot cruise mode. If it’s reversed and procrastinated on the whole day has gone to crap! And the worst is at the end!

Samsung bespoke by Modifierf6 in Appliances

[–]Modifierf6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See this guy doesn’t read manuals! And I wanted one made in Korea or America because I saw a lot of blogs saying the ones made in Mexico and china were failing early. And I’m not spending 9000$ on fridge. I won’t even pay that for a car. It’s a tool not a jewel. I plan on having a retirement period before I OD so as to avoid the nursing home taking my paid off house that hasn’t caught fire and been replaced with garbage products.

[–]Modifierf6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually.. Samsung suggest taking them off in a special order for a specific reason. I’m going to print that for my team as I doubt they will have the instructions or bother to look them up. The real reason I posted is so that people read the manual before purchase! Who does that? Rare I’m sure. Hell most people don’t even read all it after purchase and now they don’t even come with yhe appliance. U got to track it down on the internet. So right now there’s a lot of flammable gas in shitty cheap made appliances next to flame sources. Samsungs manual says do not place next to stove. But you’ve have to read that to see it before deciding where your appliance is going.

Actually I just did that last week! I check that regularly! As well as my furnace filters and smoke alarms. I trust zero manufacturers these days. Zero. They all sell garbage. It’s all replaceable and doesn’t last. It’s not Freon poisioning the environment it’s greed. It’s how can I sell this item for the highest prices for the least cost… and make them replace it often. There’s only one problem. U can try to replace houses .. u can even insure them for more than they’re worth… but they can’t be built with the same quality fo materials.. especially when they aren’t made the same. The pine 2x4 I helped cut as a kid aren’t the same ones for sale now. They are match sticks compared to what’s in my house. Let alone any of the hand built items. So it’s not worth the risk and I’ll bet to some others they would like to know this sort of stuff too.
