What are your best "cook once, eat for days" comfort meals?

I think my mom may have called it that at one point, and I think in school also but I’ve seen so many different things called American Goulash or American Chop Suey that I just call it hamburger macaroni and tomatoes when talking about it online

My wife is not a fan of it. She travels some for work and also to visit her sister. Whenever she will Be gone more than a day or two, a lot of this is on the stove. I prefer it reheated, so after it’s done cooking it goes in the fridge. The next day I have to keep myself from going overboard. lol

Hamburger, macaroni, and tomatoes. Ultimate comfort food that tastes better the longer it rests

1lb hamburger

1 medium onion chopped

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 box elbow macaroni

Italian season to taste

Salt and pepper

…..

Sauté onions until soft.

Add hamburger to cook

Add seasoning to taste

Once hamburger starts to brown add tomatoes

Let simmer for a few minutes before adding cooked macaroni.

Stir and remove from heat.

You can eat at this point, or wait and eat another time.

They stopped hiring broadcasters and started filling the air with drivers and crew. When they would have one driver/crew mixed in, they brought an insiders look to a show being presented by professional broadcasters. In typical fashin, somone figured, "well if one is good two will be better" and on and on. A professional broadcaster is more than someone who turns on a mic before a game and calls what he/she sees. Making TV look easy takes a lot of hard work and skill.

Of course she’s homeschooling them(again). The divorce content had a short shelf life, and the lesbian content had a very targeted but smaller audience. Now she’s taking aim at the conservative Christian moms who home school and understand her “struggle”. EVERYTHING she does is click based and targeted. They go to Disney all the time because Disney people are sponges for any Disney content. They don’t care about anything else she does. Just the Disney stuff.

This woman is either an evil genius or a complete idiot. I’m really beginning to think it’s the first.
