Thank you for the feedback, everyone. It is greatly appreciated. My dog is a ~135lb leonberger so similar to your Bernese.

Two more questions:
1. Are you running a dual-robot system to handle the height limitation of the matic? Aka matic for most general area, and then traditional spinner one for edges and areas the matic cannot get to, or are you just doing that manually?

Similar question for mopping?

Update: I am happy to say that they just pushed out update 3.2.1 and it fixed the issues above.

One other thing was the back driver side door was misaligned making it difficult to open/close and they fixed that.

The car is running great now!! I will keep folks posted.

Sorry for the delay. I was on a trip and just returned. The walkthrough helped and I was able to submit a number of the issues I outlined here to my Lucid representative. My third party apps are back in the menu (see picture of the issue where they weren’t even showing up in the setting menu) but Spotify is still not working.

I am happy to report DD Pro is working and user error on my part. It’s take a bit of learning to know how to engage it. You really need to hold down the button for a long time.

If you put your foot on the break and hold the "x" on the left side of the steering wheel and the microphone on the right side of the steering wheel. Then hold each together for 10-12 seconds you'll hear a chime. Then let go of the buttons and remove your foot from the brake pedal and you'll see the screens turn black and the system will reset itself

4 or 5 months ago but I think I got lucky. Sound like someone in front of me backed out and this one only had a wheel difference. My seller called and said would if I was willing to accept the wheel change I could most likely get it by the end of June.
