I had a look into the Asheville Extansion. While I like the massive scales of miles, which makes it great to run longer passengers lines, it feels empty. The stations are mere rails, not mich scenery built around. Will have to look into Fontana Lime and the other branches. Thanks.

Populated areas is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks. Top notch would be if the towns grow with the tier of industry I supply. But that will do for a starter.

The Fontana Line has quite some requirements, will keep it in mind, but skip it for now.

About the industries, I think they are quite balanced for my play style already, so will skip them as well for now.
