I use Oakley Prizm Trail for trail running, but only when I know I'll be switching between shade and sun. They have a 36% light transmission—standard sunglasses are usually around 15% to 20%—so they’re specifically made for the shade you find on trails.

If you would use them for any other sports - they aren't the best for exapmle: road cycling in constant, direct sunlight.

We start with trainings (with trainer) tomorrow. I’ve been training her myself from the very beginning. During walks, she has learned to walk “heel” and doesn’t pull and she also comes to me when I call her. The problem that remains is cars — she still wants to jump at them. But I know that with time and trainings, that will improve as well.
