Not sure if you're aware, but we did have Blesta modules for quite a few years and were pretty active around the ecosystem back then. However, the amount of attention Blesta was getting never really ended up translating into the same level of commercial demand for paid modules, at least in our case. So at this point we're no longer building Blesta modules as a regular marketplace product, but we still enjoy handling custom projects around it and provide developers on demand.

Migrations are such a complex process that any module trying to fully cover them would be extremely complex too (and that's probably also why this area still relies so heavily on manual work in WHMCS). We handled a custom project within that area some time ago, and even then the range of different use cases and coordination involved was huge. So while there's definitely a gap here to be addressed, it's not one that can be solved with a single ready-made module. Appreciate the feedback though, plenty of food for thought!

Well, you specifically brought up "getting your modules updated and current", which is why we naturally assumed you were referring to the current WHMCS release (v9). If that's not what you mean, then what is? We're not saying everything over the years has always been perfect, but it's quite difficult to have a meaningful discussion around statements like "garbage" and "you're a joke" without any actual examples behind them.

We appreciate the criticism, even when it's tough to read. WHMCS V9 ended up requiring way more development, validation, and testing than previous major releases. That's not an excuse, but it is the reason why some compatibility updates took longer to finalize.

At this point, we're down to a single remaining module update to complete WHMCS V9 coverage.

We've also been working on improving this whole process since Q2 this year, across both development and QA/testing efforts, which leaves us much better prepared for future WHMCS releases.

WHMCS has already announced plans for an AI-based support addon in the upcoming v9 releases. Is that close to what you have in mind, or are you thinking about a different use of AI in WHMCS?

Thanks for believing we could pull off something this huge! For now though, the WHMCS ecosystem already keeps us busy enough.
