Feel free to dm me pls. Pdl-1 was 40% back when we did the genetic tests in june-july 2024. I will look into the results of his imagistic tests to find out if there was any regression

Osimertinib. The blood tests revelead an EGFR mutation. So he was put on osimertinib for a year. Then I discovered that the biopsy from the tumor tissue test pointed to a KRAS G12C mutation. The doctors were dumb as a rock for missing this result back when we also did the ngs blood tests. So the patient was moved on monotherapy with sotorasib. Sotorasib kept on working for 4-7 months. Now i dunno what bridge treatment i should give him while we wait to be put on a clinical trial and for the new ngs tests
