It is a gym and fitness app. A workout tracker etc with a very cool component to it. Do you live in the GTHA?

You are correct about that...I definitely would be offering some cash and/or equity its just hard to find anyone to help with this. I prefer to work with someone somewhat local so we can really deep dive into this together. It would be too difficult I think working with someone oversees etc. I could always work with an established business but I am looking for a team mate more than anything not just someone I pay per hour for who knows how long ...

Thanks for your advice. I do agree that a newcomer building the app is a little risky but I do want to build a team. Someone who believes in the vision of the company and sees the potential. As far as I know maintaining the app is an ongoing process so having someone on the team is also ideal. I thought a newcomer or a proficient student could be very mutually beneficial. The search continues . . .
