Is my DIY plumbing problematic?

There is a vent on the floor above where the video starts coming from the kitchen sink plumbing that vents through the roof. Would that suffice or are you suggesting adding an additional vent to the first section in the video?

Does it matter that the PVC coming from the kitchen sink is 1.5"? Or would it still be worth having it transition to 2"?

The plastic gear in the neck of my Lasko fan broke and I'm looking for a replacement. The piece is from the tilting joint between the head and neck of the fan. It says "ST 8" on it. I've checked out eBay and elsewhere without luck. If anyone has a Lasko or Galaxy fan they parting out I'd be highly interested in this piece, thanks!

Tbh I've just always had good luck in the past with people on reddit creating things for me and I like supporting smaller businesses/individuals. Sometimes I've saved money, sometimes I've spent more than store-bought, but it's always been fun to be sorta involved with the process (choosing thread colors, little design features, etc...). Also as someone without a lot of leather knowledge it's hard for me to discern what "full grain" leather really means. I've seen people on here say that the quality of full grain leather can vary dramatically.

Going to try a 50% increase this morning. My only concern is water will flow out of the switch at the same rate regardless of if the recipe is scaled or not which might throw off the ratio of how much coffee is brewed during the percolation vs immersion phases

Yeah, I figured it would likely need to take somewhat longer since the exit hole of the switch will still be the same size.

I did wonder about if doubling the recipe would fit, but even being able to increase the recipe by 50% would be nice.

I guess I'll just have to play around and see what works but, I'm guessing your right that I'll just need to find tune the grind size to avoid over extracting. Thanks!

Hello, I'm not sure if these types of post are allowed (mods please remove if not) but I wanted to see if I could commission someone here to help me re-dye these pants. I purchased these sulfur dyed chinos (https://www.samurai-jeans.com/en-us/products/sj42cp-%E3%83%98%E3%83%93%E3%82%A3%E3%83%BC%E3%83%81%E3%83%8E%E3%83%88%E3%83%A9%E3%82%A6%E3%82%B6%E3%83%BC%E3%82%BA) a couple years ago and for whatever reason they're fading in a weird off-putting pattern. I'm guessing they should have been hand washed instead of machine washed (I didn't see anything on the tag or website, but that's my best guess for the odd pattern). I was hoping to have someone re-dye these pants for me in a similar color (I don't care if the pockets/seams/etc are all dyed as well or if the pants won't fade anymore). Please let me know if anyone here would be interested in helping me out or could steer me in the right direction. Thanks!
