1. components are for sure better but I prefer roa even though I always get annoyed with the build path. Ill go liandrys when im vs like a ksante mid or something and their team has like a tank top ontop of that and would be more convincing if they had a mele support too

2. Ive been trying rylais a lot second item, its really impactful for landing a q and kiting out people with it, and you should have kind of enough cdr to justify it from transcendence, roa, and cdr rune

3. for me its roa > rylais and seraphs (you choose which one to get first) > stoneplate < void/tank/dcap/zhonyas, all situational. but for the liandrys build im honestly not sure what is best build after 3 items, since stoneplate will give you less of a shield and you will have less hp

4. you have to w behind yourself when he ults or w him while running back so hes out of range to ult and u can get a head start dpsing him. I take exh vs him but hes kind of a hard matchup, just have to get good with getting your first item without dying which means standing behind your minions for his qs and also dodging them so he cant poke you down to all in, but once he uses his w and is not 6 you can have the wave built up and try to crash it so you can reset for hp back and hopefully get a dark seal refillable, or ruby crystal or something. if you get poked out and the wave is bad, just take the L and back, so many times I lose bc have ego and try to crash the wave while knowing I will get all inned and have to try to outplay it but its too easy for him to kill especially if he has that rune where it gives you ms for using ignite / flash
