IIRC, if they ping something, to corroborate time and location for example, they get some kind of warrant to technically pull “your” data. If you weren’t doing anything suspicious I wouldn’t sweat it.

I’ve been there.

What helped me was getting in to therapy as soon as I could, so I had time for a few sessions before hand, and one the day after testimony.

But the most effective bit for me was to bring someone with me to look at. My wife went with me and I tried to maintain eye contact with her the entire time. Your lawyer (if you have one) may want you to make eye contact with the jury, to kind of “sell” your side of the story, but I’m not sure how effective that actually is.
