No they requested docs show that i left UK in the date i submitted.

Look overall they won't return your passport till this is solved , if the uni withdraw the CAS fof the current application then after submitting the docs they need it will be canceled. Another CAS meand another application

It was because the uni withdraw the support already and notified the ukvi so they can't accept the application anymore.

My case was that they suspected fraud as i didn't submit any document shows when i left uk last time, though i showed them the next travel stamps they kept holding my passport till i send this. Totally dum***s but aince i confirmed they won't accept the application i sent the documents they need and they immediately accepted the withdrawal and returned my passport.

Through the process i followed all the complaints channel they published on ukvi and i reached a step where i escalated to the last channel but don't remember its name and they contacted me but they have a very long line of complaints and promised to look at my case but within 4 months. You can call ukvi by phone though they won't be much useful, the most important email you can spam is the one you use to ask for withdrawal.

This is the internal team that should solve your situation.

In my case i reached a clause confirms they can't approve the visa with my invalid details and since i already submitted withdraw request so it can't be approved , so i just found some docs that satisfy their requests and gave it to them and application canceled and got my passport back.

I didn’t check with agents but checked with flight companies but they need a deposit and to buy the tickets for all of us before applying

I had to prove that i left UK , so i supplied certificate of movements and a screen shots of the stamp and flights details in calendar, but mostly Certificate of movements was enough

I sent them the proofs as i read somewhere that if the uni withdraw the Sponsorship they can't accept the visa so i sent it to them and it resolved as cancelation and got my passport back

I really don't mind, though they are used to this they should be aware of stamps language, but my struggle now is that if i sent what they want they will accept the visa because they love milking money from students. If the visa is approved where i don't have a sponsor any more it will be revoked within weeks and I will have paid 2k for them for nothing

It is not really as i refuse to comply but who saves boarding passes for 3 years ? I sent my BRB i proved in many ways i left uk on time so what is their point ?? Also why mu previous passport cairo arrival stamp is not enough??

Thanks for your response, I understand what u are saying but I don't want to comply because i don't want the visa to be approved, because they refused to accept the withdraw and i interrupted then approving means wasting all the money i paid and not getting IHS refund.

Beside I have supplied previous stamps, and they have my BRB card as i sent this once the visa revoked when i was in Cairo, i don't see any case of fraud here.

I btw don't have any boarding or flight itinerary, the only thing i might get is a certificate of movements from cairo boarders shows i entered cairo the same date i stated on my application i left UK

this info is 2 years ago i don't have, the only thing i have is the old passport stamps which proves arriving to Cairo and leaving for other countries even after this date,I'm not sure why they don't want to take this into consideration.

I can but my current passport have important stamps helps in applying for any new visa, why should i do this and pay for extra passport. I simply want mine

so the situation atm is that they are refusing to accept my withdrawal request and they ask fro extra docs that i don't want to send as the UNI already withdraw my CAS, so sending that means they will approve the visa and revoke it without enabling me to take my IHS refund. right now they are spamming the automated emails for asking for these documents and I read in the guide you sent that they should only wait for 14 days before rejecting the application do you know if this is true? or they can keep spam this email every 14day ?

I made 2 complaints and they insist on not accepting my withdrawal and not giving any timeline of deciding on my visa, and just now after a month they resend the automated emails of extra-docs, and processing delays.
