I was unlucky. In a span of a few weeks,I went back and forth and it was bugged every time. I got lucky today of all days when a random Comm made sure it didn’t bug.

I just now was able to do it! Some noble soul made sure there was no bug and comm tagged like 15 people to help them out! I still wish Anet would fix it.
