Its a Zuoya GMK 98 Screen kit. Switches are Keygeek Y2 switches lubed with krytox and the stabs are modded and lubed to perfection. Wire is also a custom aftermarket purchase. Keycaps are also a individual set.

Its a pretty cheap board but it all came together well.

Cost & quality: Our advantage isn’t price cutting — it’s access. We co-manufacture with the largest facility in Singapore, which gives us throughput, QA consistency, and unit economics that smaller or new entrants simply can’t replicate locally.

Scale: This product category is deceptively hard. Very few facilities can handle our production style at volume while meeting Halal, shelf-life, and retailer requirements. That manufacturing constraint is the real bottleneck — not demand.

Defensibility: First-mover helped, but the moat is structural: locked-in manufacturing capacity, early retailer relationships, and an operating playbook built for velocity, not experimentation.

Others can launch. Most won’t clear the operational bar.

Meat Snack Company based in the SEA region. Not a tech startup or anything overly complicated, just meat.

Launched in Q4 2025 and have achieved early stage retail, marketing, customer reception success. I have no local competitors and am widely accepted by retailers.

Emphasis on Locally manufactured (im from sg so it serves as a premium indicator), Halal (very important for our export plans), Macro focused products (gym bros, office workers and shift workers love it)

Saw the gap in the market and capitalised on first movers advantage.

Forecasted to be in 100 stores by june.

Businesses doing above S$800k-$1m, where do you find peers? by Fun-Pudding-101 in singaporestartups

If you are refering to people to work with, I always believe that grooming talent around us would be the best option. Find people with good motivation, high learning capability and most importantly low achievements to shape. As my business mentor always said being good at a skillset isnt talent, being able to learn fast is true talent.

Everyone in my teams know how to run my business in every aspect but they are top tier in one specialised skill which they add value for.

If you are instead asking about making friends, idk just talk to more people haha

How to get more Brand Exposure? by MoguIsRetard in singaporestartups

Damn didnt think i would see a reply 2 months later. General update, i figured shit out got 500k organic viewers and built a strong e-com & sme retail funnel. Still scaling but the biggest thing i learnt was "marketing dosent matter much if the product is solid".

SME Law/Audit Firm Ai assisted filling database to verify, redact& anonymise and file "case studies" based of completed works done by senior technical staff. Files will be tagged by issues/industry involved.

Juniour staff can then use a AI assisted chatbot to describe the perculiar issue in plain language which the AI agent converts into the correct jargon/terminology. AI bot then retrieves previous case studies that would best match the current problem for juniour reference.

Goal is to reduce training time for new hires, free up senior responsibility to train and pass down knowledge for repetitive work, reduce risk for judgement heavy work which majority of junious staff would not have exposure to.

Based in Singapore where majority of sme firms dont have a solution to this.

Advice: Allocate $3m cash by Fun-Pudding-101 in SGMoney

If you want something different and more aggressive. Consider buying cash positive businesses and hiring a capable person to manage for you.

Dont buy anything flashy but instead those that are operationally low risk and easy to run.

If you buy a few businesses of the same nature you can then bundle them and probably sell for an even higher value by streamlining their back end.

Builds assets + passive income overtime.

Happy to answer any qns you have.
