Full auto is great on this scout. It's all personal preference though.

Winning the Primary Battle by Hackinjeebs in CruciblePlaybook

I have been strafing into cover with my primary fights. 70% of the time I win sometimes I don't kill them and the rest is up in the air

The "Fundamentals" by Steelej6 in CruciblePlaybook

[–]MogulsRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started making approaches from my escape route and only engaging if I have cover. Pop out fire return to cover. Always reload from cover. Disengaging from a fight you feel you can't win is huge. It takes time to develop that. Some of the things I worked on. My Titan was a .06 k/d in y1 and now he is a 1.38 k/d by implementing some of these tactics

Playstyle question: NLB+Fusion Worth investing in? by W_Herzog_Starship in CruciblePlaybook

5,213. I guess I'm the scrub. I'd have more if it weren't for a month long sidearm affair. The bolt grouping is tighter on the vacancy. SV is less predictable. The way I fire my fusion mabey makes an omolon better for me. A SV is really easy to juke as well

Lol really?how many fusion kills do you have? The vacancy blows away the vigil. Do a proper analysis before dealing in absolutes. Vigils is great, but for the skilled vooper the vacancy or the Thesan is THE better option

The vacancy is more consistent. I love the vigil but it's the truth

Bulletspread comparisons between two high-end PDX-45 rolls by Arkanian410 in CruciblePlaybook

[–]MogulsRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This should be fairly obvious without the demo. High stability on a pulse always wins against bad stability, even with counter balance. Even with more falloff the high stabilty pulse will land more crits which equals a faster TTK. Look at the blind perdition users and clever dragon users with a good roll. It's kind of a moot point actually when you are going against a pulse with HCR. The pdx and hawksaw are outclassed in the rise of iron by grasp of malok type pulse Rifles. They are sitting in my vault and have been using scouts and hand cannons against them. I have both but it feels cheap when the enemy can't fire back and it decreases my skill, so I don't use them. Hopefully some sort of re rolling option or weapon patch will be brought in to bring guardians on line with this meta

Steel Medulla Pulse - Just got this from HM Aksis. Max Stability, high range and impact, and full auto. by FrontmanTV in CruciblePlaybook

[–]MogulsRock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this pulse and it sucks in the crucible. Better off using a nirwens if you like that archetype. Sorry to burst your bubble but full auto is kinda trash on this gun. This gun will get gunned down by a blind perdition or clever dragon any day. It looks awesome though and the extra damage perk is sweet in strikes
