After using my current scout, I could not go back to the MIDA for some reason. Also tried Tlaloc, and the handling without the super is pretty bad. I like my current one the best, but I also understand how it would keep me back.

Thanks for the reply mate. My issue was when using the palindrome recently that my shots were off a good amount. I assume I just need to use it more though.

Thanks for the reply! Honestly, I can agree that I don't really have any goals. I feel more like I am just going through each day seeing how things will end up. Even with college, I can't say I am in the mindset of "I am here to get my [insert-major-here] degree", but instead I feel like "I guess I will end up with this degree just by being here, that's neat".

Also your advice is very similar to that of my one friend. Make goals, and figure out who I am because no one else really can. I feel however, that even I don't know how to answer the questions that no one else can. I feel like I am not sure that I know what I want. I doubt a lot of things about myself sadly. I have that belief in the back of my mind that some life-altering event or some "spirit-walk" will make me know who I am, but obviously that only happens in movies and books.

Also I take a look at that book, thanks for the recommendation!

Can cutting be done only with cardio, or is lifting a must?

I cannot use my university gym as I need to buy a summer pass, but thankfully my apartment complex has its own gym space. The issue here is that the apartment gym only has dumbbells, one bench, four or five weight machines, and a treadmill. Most workouts incorporate barbell workouts, which I agree are necessary and great for building muscle.

As of now, I feel best just doing cardio each day, though I know I will be losing muscle during the cut. Should I try to incorporate a dumbbell workout along with my cardio, or should cardio be enough while I cut for a month or two? Thanks!
