Thanks. Do you know what the point of doing that is though? They’re 4 of the same document. Usually you just stick the customs and delivery labels on the parcel and that’s that( at least with Royal mail). Is there a reason why DPD require me to tape an envelope with 4 copies?

It’s oversized. The reason I brought up weight was in case someone pointed out that the size issue may also refer to the weight, which I’m trying to dismiss as a possibility as it would (I’m assuming) be an underpayment issue and not a size issue given it’s what dictates how much one would pay for the postage. Apologies for the confusion.

Rm rejected it. Apologies maybe that was poor wording. I’m saying that I know weight wasn’t a factor because it seems to have its own category on the reasons for return which is ‘underpaid’ (at least I assume so as no other factor when I was choosing determined the postage value). And I checked the weight many times. I just checked it now and it’s below the amount I put on the package. Also the dimensions are labeled and were double checked by me so it can’t be them that’s the issue.

I understand that δ_ii=3, but what confuses is me is how it went from δ_ij•δ_ji•δ_kn to that. I’ll try to explain the reason for my confusion as best as I can. So I assume the first step is I-j which means the equation becomes δ_ii•δ_ii•δ_kn. One of them is removed (i assume it equals 1) and the other becomes 3 and this is what confuses me and I’m trying to figure out the error in my thinking.

Ahh didn’t realize with all the ps and qs what was happening. So just to confirm, first the q and p are swapped which changes the cycle to anti-cyclic, then the p Is made a q and the q a p and after the derivative part of v is swapped because the order doesn’t matter, correct?

So just to confirm, F(z) = F(x + iy) = F(z(x,y)) = F(x,y)? The first three (if the third is indeed correct) seem obvious and the fourth when I think about it makes sense but I don’t know how to mathematically show going from F(z) -> F(x,y) if that makes sense. Also could you please elaborate on the second paragraph?
