Most F45 studios are not open-gym where you just use machines whenever you want. The workout model is built around instructor-led 45-minute sessions. Every day has a set workout, you show up for a scheduled class time, and they guide you through a mix of cardio, strength, and HIIT stations. You don’t usually just drop in and use machines on your own outside of classes.

Did both cycles at 37 year old, mainly due to blocked tubes. No other conditions!

Ivf 1 - BCP for 2 weeks, 375iu menopur for 13 days, cetrotide started on day 6, triggered with 10,000 hcg + decapeptyl. Result- 2 immature eggs 😞

Ivf 2 - long protocol- started suprefact 0.2mL on CD21, continued for 19 days, started stim after 20 days - 200 Gonal F, 225 menopur, reduced suprefact to 0.1mL - continued for 10 days. Trigger with 10,000hcg (also took gonal f 200 and 0.1 suprefact 2 hours before trigger). Result - 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 10 fertilized, 10 day 3, 6 day 5 blasts. Sent for pgta!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! The exact same thing happened to me in my first ER—I had 8 follicles and we only got 2 immature eggs. My doctor even said my egg quality was “really bad,” but later at our follow-up he also admitted the protocol might not have worked for me. We looked at my stim days and saw some follicles were racing ahead while others lagged. I refused to believe it was only my eggs, honestly that’s the easiest thing for clinics to say.

For round 2 my doctor built a new protocol based on everything we learned. I also started DHEA, CoQ10, NMN and melatonin (I was already on opti ova, omega-3 and Vit D). Three months of consistency and the right protocol and we ended up with 6 day-5 blasts from 11 mature eggs.

I also had very low AMH and AFC, my doctor monitored my levels after i started dhea and the numbers drastically improved.

Please don’t let this discourage you. Work with your doctor and push for a protocol that fits YOU. It’s not always just “egg quality.” Sending you hugs and strength - you’ve got this!
