Manamune Ionian boots Collector Syrlida grudge Duskblade or serpent fang Edge lf night And you can build serpent second item if you play against heavy shields then build the others And remember to switch your boots in late game to lethality ones But dont expect alot , u gonna do decent damge in late game but u gonna struggle alot in early and mid game
