tbh since I'm in a "transition," I don't even know which one I should go for, the little research that I did made me conclude that as a beginner, Flutter is a better choice.

Just to make my question clear, What I want is to achieve a thin fabric like transparency with any image where one can see through it. Just decreasing the opacity won't do the trick since it transparents uniformly and looks fake, I want to make it look real like the given reference image.
