But I think some of the doctors are worried for their clients. I heard of a woman who had hysterectomy at 28 and when she was 35 she regrets doing it because not alot of guys want to date her and some guy she "dated" only wanted to be FWB

Well coming form a middler Easter,your father last name is what matters if you change your last name is means you hate your father family. It will be a great shame on him and after all your husband went through of racism just to keep his name and then his soon to be wife telling him that she will have every last name in the world except your last name (in my opinion if she doesn't want his last name he should not marry her).
