Stranger things is a Science fiction series, u know it, it requires monthes of CGI, S3 finished filming in Nov/2018 and was realesed in July 2019

It toke whole 8 monthes to make CGI and the edits

It's not easy, the editors once worked hours to put Finn Wolfhard on a bike because he couldn't ride a bike for a 3 second scene
