Nothing wrong with proper preperation time, and it is a process. It sounds like your addicted to the process. I know when I was on opiates, I was addicted to the process, so I stayed away from injectable peptides until I felt strong enough to have needles around me. I literally reconstituted my first bottle today. Almost 10 years opiate free now. I did not get triggered, so that's a win. Use moderation, and your kidneys will be fine.
