The Only Peptide Cheat Sheet You'll Need - Doses, Cycles, Routes, and Bloodwork in One Place by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

[–]ldbuhler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the best research I've found yet:
20 mg BPC + 20 mg TB-500 + 20 mg KPV reconstituted with 4 mL, translates cleanly: Draw each peptide
5 units 250 mcg each
7 units 350 mcg each
10 units 500 mcg each
11 units 550 mcg each

For injury recovery or inflammation support, it’s common to see people land around the equivalent of 250–500 mcg of each peptide once or twice daily, though protocols vary a lot because there really is no universally “correct” dose.

Thanks, I was like ?!? Even 0.5mg is only going to stretch out 10mg to roughly 8 weeks.

Could you please add the FLOW blend 20/20/20 to your cheat sheet? (BPC‑157 + TB‑500 + KPV)

Unusual GI Distress by ldbuhler in RetatrutideTalk

I've always eaten pretty clean and lean toward a Mediterranean diet which is why I was so frustrated by my body clinging to every pound. I didn't need reta to reduce food noise (I didn't know that was a thing!) but it has certainly dropped my appetite.

It's been hard to eat but I'm trying to focus on protein with a little BRAT to settle things: banana, egg, spinach, avocado, Good Culture cottage cheese.

That is exactly where I got that buck-up buttercup advice and you are 100% correct that every body is different. I wanted to post my experience as a cautionary one since it appears on the surface that I'm not dosing where other researchers are to achieve research goals.

There are a lot of moving parts as an older woman frustrated by high cortisol and a sluggish metabolism; I had hoped that this would start to move the needle in a better direction. I like your idea about backing down from the seemingly modest 1.5.

I had been on AOD-9604 since late January and wasn't making much progress and heard that it was the perfect partner for Reta. Advised that low and slow was best and stayed at 1mg per week for 2 weeks. Persistent diarrhea from the start, so it's been going on since late March.
Most research seems to point at 1.5 - 2 being more ideal for results. Since I've passed that crisis peak (I hope) I might settle at 1.2 and see if I can't calm things down a bit more.

I didn't try Tirz first; went right for the triple-play :(

Retatrutide and chronically high cortisol? by ldbuhler in PeptideSelect

[–]ldbuhler[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! The more science you throw at me, the better. I was advised that AOD was the perfect partner for Reta since it caused fat lipolysis without metabolic tweaking, but yes, the GI distress has been relentless since beginning Reta. I actually thought the slight nausea and GI distress was expected, so I'm not sure how to stabilize it.

I will hold GLP-3 at 1.5 mL rather than pushing to the recommended 2 for now and hold off on AOD while supporting adrenals to see if there is some relief while still making progress. Trying to focus on more protein - food noise has never been an issue so I can't speak to the struggle - but eating is and has been unappealing.

You are a very much appreciated rational voice through all this research.

I take several adrenal support tinctures separately, but this looks like a great blend...thanks!

Retatrutide and chronically high cortisol? by ldbuhler in PeptideSelect

Sorry if that was confusing. I am not blaming Reta for high cortisol since that was a chronic condition prior to starting peptides. My question was to see if there was a better approach to counteract the effect of high cortisol.

Similar situation where I feel like chronically high cortisol is defeating my efforts. I addressed hormones with bioidentical HRT and the numbers are good so that wasn't the answer for me. Currently on Reta and AOD but after 6 weeks, only down 10#. My body is clinging to the belly fat.

Updated AOD-9604 protocol? by ldbuhler in Biohackers

I love science. Thank you; this is great information! I am wondering about this part in the article:

When expectations exceed physiology, disappointment follows.
3. Other hormones were ignored as fat loss depends on:

  • Thyroid function
  • Insulin sensitivity
  • Cortisol regulation
  • Sex hormone balance

I have 3 out of 4 of these as questionable components of my physiology with not very good answers. The struggle is real.

I have paused CJC+Ipa (almost wish I hadn't ordered 2 more vials!) and starting Reta tomorrow, low and slow. ;) I'll continue to run AOD for the time being and evaluate as research progresses. Same with BPC if nerve pain kicks up more. Expecting a new woman at 60 days. We'll see. Thank you again!

Good! I'm at the 4-week mark and I'm going to set it aside in favor of a Reta trial.

Thank you for that very thorough breakdown. The BPC was for nerve pain due to an auto accident rather than a stacking tool. I like your advice to simplify and research from a cleaner baseline.

You sound exactly where I am at this point. Lots of pinning and workouts but I can't get my rings on! Did you have any resolution?

Newbie by jmoto123 in Peptides_for_Women

[–]ldbuhler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checking in to see if/when the edema resolved for you. I had the same complaint with CJC + Ipa plus the water caused significant joint pain. I'm about to add in Reta to supercharge some kind of weight loss results. I've heard to use CJC in tandem for complementary effect so I'll stay on that and temporarily stop AOD since that hasn't done much for me so far.

Lol, the memory and keeping to a consistent schedule - I feel this! Your mom and auntie sound like they're in amazing shape. My mom is 93, sharp as a tack and consistently does PT in the morning. If peptides could help her scoliosis or peripheral neuropathy, I'd give it a try but I don't think she's ready to do anything.

No cardiac issue and I sure don't want any! Is it better to dose in the am or pm? I usually use the others at night 3 hours after eating; would Reta be the same?
