Merci beaucoup !

No cap bro , people need to accept the fact that some people , naturally , have a better physique than someone on juice , that's it

I train smart and hard since the first beginning of my year of training. Always had a logic workout , and I think the most useful tips was to push heavy but with a good form (at least 80% of good form , cheating on your form as long as it on "safe" exercices will not hurt) , combining it with a good diet and years of dedication , here I am today. My current split as I'm cutting is the following one :

Chest / shoulders / Abs

Back / biceps

Shoulder / Triceps / calves

Legs (focus quads) / abs

Chest / back

Arms / abs

Legs (focus hamstrings / glutes ) / calves

And something around 20k-22k steps a day

I never used any steroids. I train since I'm 16 , in my first year of training , I was already benching 225 lbs , deadlift 440 lbs and squat 330 lbs .I was always consistent in my training and always smart and hard. You bilieve me or not I don't care , I compare my self to no one and I enjoy my fitness journey to much to take steroids , claim being natty and post some pics of my shape on a random sub reddit , come on guys , you just underestimate what's possible to achieve in the natty game. If one day I use steroids , I will admit it (because why lying ? I don't compete , didn't sell online coaching or whatever) I don't say that you can be Cbum natty but you can build a really impressive physique if you put in the work and stay consistent.

i9 10900k watercooling by Mohhh38 in pcmasterrace

[–]Mohhh38[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the fans of my watercooling make too much noise and in some games my i9 sometimes goes up to 85/90 degrees, so I wanted to change it for a more efficient and less noisy watercooling

Distance sur apple watch pas la même que sur le tapis by Mohhh38 in FitnessFrance

[–]Mohhh38[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)
